职位描述：
1、 负责挪威/北欧旅游项目在中国市场的策划、导入、推广及运作，确保项目通过各种方式及渠道，吸纳保持持续的客源；
Be responsible for Norway/Nodic travel project’s plan, leading in, promotion and operation in China market, make sure to attract continuous customer source through different ways and channels.
2、 负责与挪威合作伙伴公司保持畅通有效的沟通，反馈中国市场的需要，给出合理建议，以便挪威合作伙伴对已有旅游产品进行持续提升；
Be responsible for effective communication with Norway partners, reflect the needs of China Market, provide reasonable suggestions to improve the travel products of Norway partners.
3、 负责中国端的合作伙伴开发，包括评估，谈判，合同管理及后期维护等全过程，与相应合作方达成符合公司长久利益的合作关系；
Be responsible for developing partners in China, including evaluation, negotiation, contract management and maintenance, set up cooperation relationship which benefit to company.
4、 对接挪威端的旅游地接安排，确保旅程各项资源到位，行程无误，服务好每一批客源；
Be responsible for communicate with Norway partners on the local travel arrangement, make sure no mistake in the travel arrangement and all resource are ready to provide good service to each group of customers.
5、 对项目的可持续发展进行深入持续分析，时刻关注旅游市场动态，了解竞业产品及同行信息；
Be responsible for deeply analyze the project, concern the market, understand the competitive product and information of same industry.
6、 主导建立公司旅游项目网站及其它媒体资源的运作与推广，包括公众号，微博等粉丝平台，深度推广项目，吸纳关注。
Leading in setting up the website and operation of other media source, including public wechat account, weibo etc channels, deeply promote the project, attract attention.
7、 其它与旅游项目相关的事项
Others related to travel project.

Qualification任职资格：
Education level
教育水平 本科及以上学历 Bachelor degree or above
Major/专业 专业不限，旅游相关专业优先考虑 No limits, travel related preferred
Experience
经验 1、 有成功的粉丝经济案例策划与推广经验，包括但不限于公众号、微博、微商、直播平台等，熟悉各类网络推广手段；
Has successful case experience in planning and promoting in “fans economic”, including but not limited by using public wechat account, weibo, we chat business, broadcast platform etc, familiar with diversity internet promotion ways.
2、 有较多的旅游经验，对旅游市场有一定了解；
Has lots of travel experience, has related knowledge of travel market.
3、 有国内一线旅行社产品经理、项目策划、客户经理、行程管理、销售管理等相关工作经验及旅游电商产品经验优先考虑
Has related experience of product manager, project planning, customer manager, travel product management, sales management or travel internet promotion in big travel company preferred.
4、 具有国外旅游产品或客户开发经验，熟悉境外旅游市场的优先考虑，熟悉挪威、北欧市场尤佳
Has developing experience of aboard travel product or customer , familiar with aboard travel market, especially in Norway or Nodic market will be preperred.
Skill
技能知识 1、 熟悉公众号、微博、微商、直播等网络媒体推广方式，有较强的软文撰写能力，熟悉如何通过各类平台的推送制造热点，吸纳关注；
Familiar with wechat public account, weibo, wechat business,boracasting platform etc internet promotion way, strong skill in promotion composition writing skills, familiar with how to make heat point and attract attendtion.
2、 英文听说读写流利，可以短期境外出差
Good English both in spoken and written, can accept short-term aboard business trip
3、 热爱旅游，熟悉并关注旅游市场动态，对旅游市场的变化敏感，
Eager in traveling, familiar and keep concerning on travel market, sensitive in the travel market changes.
4、 熟悉大型旅行社的工作模式，熟悉旅游产品的代理合作模式，有客户资源的，优先考虑
Preferred those who familiar with work way in big travel agency and cooperation way in travel product, has customer source.
5、 对境外旅游项目对接细节有一定了解，有服务意识；
Has related knowledge in local service matching of aboard travel product, has sense of customer service.
