职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1) Execute Purchasing initiatives and strategies for Indirect materials and services
2) MRO supplier sourcing, pricing benchmarking & negotiation and supplier selection
3) Keeping the Supplier Information Database accurate and updated
4) Keeping the MRO material Prices accurate and updated
5) Sustainable cost saving/reduction without compromising the quality and delivery.
6) Daily purchasing for indirect materials and service to meet stakeholders’ demand.
7) Support MRO manager on evaluation and qualification of suppliers for integrated commodities.
8) Support ACG-P-MRO manager on price negotiation for integrated items
9) Contract negotiation and signing
10) Other task assigned by Manager

1.执行间接物料和服务的采购计划及战略
2.MRO供应商开发、基准定价&谈判，及供应商筛选
3.维护供应商信息数据库的准确和更新
4.维护MRO材料价格的准确和更新
5.持续的成本节省/削减并保持承诺的质量和交期
6.日常间接物料和服务的采购，满足需求方的要求
7.支持MRO经理进行供应商综合商品评估和审核
8.协助MRO经理对综合服务的价格谈判
9.合同谈判及签署
10.经理分配的其他任务

Requirements:
1) 3 years of working experience in WOFE/JV in the field of MRO/Indirect Materials & Services sourcing，Automotive industries will be a plus
2) Bachelor degree or above
3) Customer and Results-Oriented
4) High degree of integrity, code of conduct and business ethics.
5) Able and willing to travel whenever necessary
6) Fluent in English writing, speaking and listening.

1.3年以上外资/合资企业MRO/间接物料&服务采购工作经验，汽车行业更佳；
2.本科以上学历
