职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. To be the voice of the customer.
2. Complete fulfillment of the customer requirements.
3. Responsible for ensuring customer visit, audit, presentation materials happen in an orderly and professional manner.
4. Coordinate with internal departments on achieving customer quality expectation.
5. Quality risk management and customer management during all phases of qualification and production.
6. Be the lead person for all communication with the customer.
7. Handle customer complaint and 8D process (initially up to D4)
8. Coordinate and schedule all complaints (8D & FA) to ensure they are completed “ON TIME”
9. Manage customer RMA return boards process.
10. Monitor preventative action performance and process auditing to prevent repeat quality occurrences
11. Chair in-house process improvement meeting on customer quality complaints
12. Prepare the customer quality report for reviewing the product/process quality performance with customer

Job Requirements:
1. Fluent in English, Mandarin. Can use English as working language.
2. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electronic and Electrical Engineering or related disciplines is preferred
3. At least 10 years work experience with handling key customer visits, audits, presentation and qualifications
4. Detail-minded person and outgoing charter, self-initiative and willing to work under pressure
6. Good team player with effective communication skill
