职位描述：
1. To report the development status to NPL Manager.
2.To define projects target according to customer requirements and project targets.
3. To set up development plans (in relation with NPL teams and other company managers such as purchasing, production etc.).
4.To manage projects according to APDS and ALV rules.
5.To lead the PLM task according to APDS.
6. To lead the communication, to share the project status and lessons and learned.
7. To support TS 16949 processes.
8. To Lead and set project targets for project team members.
9. To ensure and cultivate harmonization of team members (work ethics and team work).
10. Other assignment from NPL Manager

1 向新项目推进部经理汇报项目状态；
2.根据客户要求和项目目标，定义项目目标；
3.建立项目发展计划（与NPL团队的关系，及公司其他管理团队如采购、生产等关系）
4.根据APDS和ALV规则管理项目；
5.根据APDS管理PLM任务；
6.引导沟通机制，分享项目状态，经验和教训
7.支持IATF 16949体系
8.为项目团队成员引导和设立项目目标；
9.确保和培养和谐的团队合作
10. NPL经理分配的其他工作
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in technical area.
2.2-3 years relevant working experience
3. Basic product knowledge of automotive brake system,
4. To be able to manage a small team from all departments in the company.
5. To be able to work in team and to coordinate.
6. To have excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills.
7. Fluent in both in Mandarin and English
