Stratigic
？ Design and implement effective and competitive sales strategy for all regions and channels.
？ Manage product porfolio of the company and ensure continuous and profitable growth of whole portfolio.
？ Actively play an important role in the product development, give inputs to PGs and the company from market perspective.
？ Prepare strategic reports and analysis on business performance for senior management as needed.

Sales Management
？ Ensure the sales team meeting the sales target (order received, account receivable, delivery of finished goods, etc.)
？ Development and maintenance of good relationship with key accounts, leading the customer relation management.
？ Ensure effective and efficient communication and cooperation between FES and company.
？ Cooperate with headquarter and other ABB units both in China and overseas to accomplish tasks as assigned.
？ Be responsible for market trend forecast, market research and competitor movement monitoring.
？ Continuous improvement in sales process.
？ Continuous optimization of the usage of sales manpower/resources.
？ Coordinate and communicate effectively among functional departments in the company to ensure the quality of contract execution meet the satisfaction of customer.
？ Ensure the staff follow business ethics and local/national law.
？ Market development

？ Ensure the effective management and development of the sales team.
？ Motivate and develop team member.
？ Enhance the team member’s competence and plan for their career path.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
？ At least Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering, Power System, Electrical Automation
？ At least 5-10 years sales experience in Power Products business.
？ More than 5 years working experience in managerial level is preferred.
？ Be keen in market forecast.
？ Be a very good communicator and coordinator
？ Be able to work under pressure
？ Be able to develop subordinates.
？ Have got systematic management training.
？ Be good in English listening, reading, speaking and writing.
