职位描述：
1、负责公司生产计划管理工作,负责生产计划管理制度的制订、检查、监督、控制及执行.
2、结合企业的经营目标和生产实际，为决策层提供生产规划方面的建议、方案。
3、管理内容包括生产计划，物料计划，仓储计划以及库房管理等。
4、对企业的生产环节进行计划、组织、控制和优化改善
5定期组织公司相关部门召开计划会议,根据营销中心销售情况, 综合平衡生产资源、生产能力,科学编制合理的月生产计划,周生产计划表.
6、认真组织实施,检查,协调,考核生产计划,确保年度生产计划的完成,力争实现生产效益最大化.
7、根据订单情况制订合理的销售预测计划, 准确的物料回货计划, 有效提高库存周转率,降低库存积压金额.
8、定期进行生产统计分析,经济活动分析会,总结经验, 为实现企业的经营目标提供生产方面的保证。
9、定期组织盘点，库存管理，物料进、销、存的核实与控制；
岗位要求：
1、2年以上PMC总监工作经验优先；
2、熟悉生产流程、计划管理、物料管控等工作，对计划、物控与仓储、出货管理全盘掌控能力强；
3、对ISO在物流管理上的运用有系统规范化的手法，并有改善维护能力、数字能力、协调性强；
4、具有优秀的产能规划能力，协调销售、采购、物流等部门的工作；
