职责：
1.对新产品的结构组装工艺进行评估，确保生产工艺满足MP的需求
2.对新机型试产时组装工艺的指导及确认，针对试产过程中存在的工艺异常问题，进行分析，处理。
3.负责所担当机种的机构部分的技术工作，向生产部门提供技术服务，保障生产正常进行。
4.主导生产线结构异常问题的处理，结构来料不良的处理和跟进。
5.新产品试产问题点的挖掘及试产资料的收集以及将问题点报告并追踪结果。
6.生产工艺工程文件的制作。
7.组装工装夹具的统筹计划，设计，申请，验收及试用效果的评估。
8.协助IQC/VQA/生产解决品质问题。
要求：
1.大专或以上学历，机械类专业。
2.3年或以上电子产品设计或制造相关工作经验；有专业音响设备行业背景者更佳。
3.熟悉电子产品结构组装的生产流程及品质控制，了解 电子厂整个制造流程
4.熟练操作常用办公软件及AUTOCAD，熟悉PFMEA
5.熟练的英语读写能力
6.良好的沟通协调能力。
