Skills requirements:

A.Excellent English communication skills ;

B.Computer Literate (Excel mandatory-Advanced skills appreciated);

C.Proficiency working on ERP system or equivalent;

D.Excellent customer service and problems solving attitude;

E.Attention to details;

F.Ability to give clear directions;

G.Ability to multi-task and "can do" attitude.

Main Tasks ;

A.Project Management;

B.Back office support to provide best service to the customers;

C.Organize the work of the team to handle the tasks in a timely manner;

D.Communication with customers, relevant parties within the factories as well as 3^rd parties ;

E.After sales supports;

F.Work closely with Sales Manager;

G.Manage orders fulfillment and shipments,orders reports accurately.
