职位描述：
1. Responsible for new product development and design
    负责新产品的开发与设计

2. Work with the senior designers, sales team and clients to ensure that all design requirements are met and designs adhere to the highest standards
和产品设计师，业务团队以及客户一起合作确保设计要求达到客人的标准
 
3. Work with the engineering, graphics, prototype and production departments to ensure smooth transition from concept to production
和工程，图纸，手板以及产品部门一起以确保概念能顺利转化为产品

4. Create 2D （CAD） and 3D drawings
    制作产品的2D（CAD）跟3D图纸

5. Create BOM and understand production process of new products, etc.,
    建立新产品的BOM表及了解生产工艺等，确认样品零件

6. Review the BOM, and make continuous improvement when needed
    审核BOM表及维护和持续改进

7. Experience designing consumer products and or point of purchase (POP) displays is preferable
   拥有产品展示架相关行业经验优先。拥有和产品生产以及手板评估的相关经验优先

8. Understanding of manufacturing including knowledge of metal fabrication, plastic fabrication and injection molding is preferable
    理解五金，塑胶以及注塑工艺优先

Skill requirement：
1. Formal education in Industrial Design or Engineering
    正规工业设计专业毕业

2. Have 2+ years of design/engineering experience in consumer products or retail/POP industry is preferable
    拥有2年产品展示架或者相关行业工作经验优先

3. Must have basic knowledge of SOLIDWORKS, AUTOCAD, PRO E and the ability to create detailed drawings for manufacturing
    熟练运用SOLIDWORKS, AUTOCAD, PRO E等软件，以及能够出详细的生产图纸

4. Ability to understand spoken and written English would also be an advantage however training will be offered to the successful candidate
   书面英语和口语优秀者，优先考虑。我们也会提供相关培训
