职位描述：
外贸跟单/业务跟单员/项目经理 project manager

1、负责联系客户并翻译客户的询盘
Liaise directly with clients and interpreting briefs

2. 与供应商联系并询价
Ability to communicate with suppliers to arrange quotations
  
3. 通过网站寻找合适的供应商，通过网站寻找产品
Ability to source suppliers and products using on-line search engines

4、接到订单后，负责跟进供应商打样订单及大货订单生产进度
Follow up with supplier’s daily regarding prototyping and mass production

5. 与客户保持密切联系，向相关的部门汇报项目的进展情况
Maintain constant communication with clients and keep all parties involved updated on the progress of jobs
   
6、制作验货要点，到工厂验货，并提供验货报告给客户
Prepare Quality Control (QC) reports, QC checklists and internal reports to ensure the successful and transparent execution of all projects

7、负责订舱，制作出口单证，协调装运
   Arrange container bookings, loading and preparation of relevant shipping documents.

8、协助高级项目经理
Support the Senior Project Managers

1、英语听说读写流利
Fluent English speaking and writing
2、上进心强，良好的人际关系沟通协调能力，工作细心，认真负责, 有良好的团队意识
