职位描述：
Reporting Line: This role reports to Product Compliance Manager, Britax China Operations

Location: Zhong Shan City, Guangdong

Direct reports: 3 Lab Technicians.

Working Relationships:
The person shall work closely with all suppliers for product compliance testing.
This person shall also work with internal cross functional team of Engineering, Purchasing, NPD, Lab and regions, etc.
This person shall also work with external parties of testing.


Key Responsibilities:
1.Conduct product testing for both development and mass production product qualification and validation; able to prioritize lab operation to meet multiple lab operation needs.
2.Work closely with the external labs for outsourced tests and certification.
3.Ensure that the lab has the appropriate equipment for the tests. Set up equipment operation, calibration and maintenance SOPs and plans for the lab; implement and maintain the continuous improvement in the lab.
4.Be responsible for safety & environment issues, and create safe, proper and comfortable working and testing environment. Implement 5S discipline in lab.
5.Ensure the testing standards and regulations are up to date with regional and global requirements.
6.Systematically archive testing reports and documents. Approve the test results, and conduct investigation for unusual results;
7.Work closely with supervisor and lab technicians to achieve operation needs; provide training and continuously improve people capability and competence.
8.Manage and audit product and component tests in supplier’s lab. Make sure the tests are conducted correctly.
9.Other tasks assigned by manager.


Requirements:
1.College or above. Excellent English at listening, reading and writing, basic oral English.
2.At least 3 years lab infant product testing experience, basic knowledge of ISO 17025 and lab management.

5.Good at PC skills.
6.Good at communication and able to work cross-functionally.
