Responsibility

1.Champions the overall responsibility for the Quality Management System （QMS）;

◆ Establish the QMS for the manufacturing plant meet ISO9000 , WQA and all other certifications for the organization;

◆Maintain,control and improve QMS procedures to meet Quality Policy.

◆Ensures audits are conducted at all area to monitoring the ongoing status of compliance to the QMS.

◆Communicates Quality information to all levels of the organization;

2.Ensure KPIs for all functional groups data effective and help to leads Quality Management Review meeting to review actual performance versus targets.

3.Keep customer satisfaction in quality area.

4.Ensure customer requirements are met in the products advance develop by follow up APQP procedure.

5.Ensure all products and all materials qualify by PPAP procedure.

6.In charge of laboratory, ensure all function testing and reliability testing, calibration system are effective.

7.Evaluation and approval of supplier, make sure all supplier quality performance in control.

8.Manage and maintain the company's quality inspection and product release programs for IQC, IPQC , OQC.

9.Decrease Cost of Poor Quality and quality insidents occur. Ensure continuous improvement in the company.

10.Manage, coach, motivate and develop quality personnel including training, conducting evaluations, discipline, goal setting and personal development.

Job Requirements

1.Certified TS 16949 auditor;

2.Strong coaching, leadership, training and written/oral communication skills;

3.Working knowledge/experience in manufacturing processes, quality tools and standards;

4.Effectively communicate to internal and external Customers at all levels;

5.Proficiency in MS office ＆ site appropriate computer application programs； leverages technology to positively impact quality;

6.Experience in writing policies, procedures and work instructions； willing to re-engineer processes from scratch； is open to suggestions and experimentation;

7.Demonstrate ability to lead by example and influence change without direct line of authority;

8.Committed to providing Tegrant Corporation common systems for designing and measuring work processes； will seed to reduce variances in Company processes;

9.Has designed practices, processes and procedures which allow managing from a distance； can make processes work through others without being there； can impact people and results remotely;

10.Driven to deliver the highest quality products and services which meet the needs and requirement of internal and external customers;

11.Demonstrated ability to determine the process required to meet Company goals； understands how to separate and combine tasks into efficient work flows； knows what to measure and how to measure it;
