RESPONSIBILITY 职 位 描 述：
1-Analyze failure, root cause analisys, corrective and preventive action to respond on time to customer complaints and internal complaint,conduct failure and analysis for manufacturing support and Supplier process improvement. 

2-Follow up the quality improvement linked to the external or Internal Quality complaint
3-Define and manage test protocol and report development for validations. 
4-Develop inspection and process control procedures, process through document control and provide training for the procedures. 
5-Participate on teams responsible for the procurement and installation of manufacturing equipment and parts. 
6. Assist Quality manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system,quality manuals, quality procedures, etc.
7. Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 6S etc.
8. Develop training to build quality awareness.
9. Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data.
10. Support the Quality controllers to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
11. Conduct audits, reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
12. Preparation of QA reports for the New project Introduction in cooperation with internal department and customer time line.
SKILLS 技 能：
Must be conversant in Microsoft Word and Excel and have good keyboard skills.
Must be Fluent in English / Chinese Mandarin
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Good knoledge of plastic injection moulding,cosmetic manufacturing, assembly manufacturing and plastic welding
Good organisational skills
Ability to work within a team
Knowledge of basic statistical and engineering principals is essential. 
Knowledge of Solidwork is a bonus.
