职位描述：
1. 负责货柜房项目产品的内装监控，确保项目的内装可以按时按质按量完成
Be responsible for monitoring internal decoration of container house products; make sure the internal decoration of the project can be finished as required timeline, quality and quantity.
2. 负责整个货柜房项目内装部分的品质管理与监控，具体如下：
Be responsible for the quality control and supervision of container house project whole decoration process, details as follows:
1） 协助项目经理制定成品的内装质量检验流程与标准
Assist PM to make the inspection procedure and standard for inspecting finished goods.
2） 现场品质监控，及时发现问题，提出纠正预防措施及长期改善方案反馈给项目经理以便及时传达给挪威，并在项目中实施有效方案。
Supervise the quality on site and discover problems in time, provide corrective actions and improvement plans to PM for timely communication with Norway, and implement effective solutions to fix the problems in the project.
3） 负责根据项目经理的验货计划，按要求进行内装部分的质量检验。
Be responsible for the inspection of decoration part according to PM’s inspection plan and related requirements.
4） 协助项目经理评估供应商内装部分的生产工艺、所用材料等是否符合挪威对内装要求的标准。
Assist PM to evaluate the production techniques \ material etc. in decoration meets the decoration requirements from Norway.
5） 协助项目经理制作检验档案文件
Assist PM to make the inspection documents for each module by process.
6) 协助项目经理对供应商材料质检文件、材料样板进行归类整理
      Assist PM to keep care of the material certification documents and material samples, to make sure all the materials meets the requirements of the design office and the European standard.
3. 与项目经理，中山办公室，货柜房制造供应商等项目相关方保持畅顺、专业的沟通，确保没有因沟通不良的问题对项目造成不好的影响。
Keep good and professional communication with container house project related parties like PM, ZS office and container house suppliers, make sure no bad impact to the project because of ineffective communication.
4. 协助项目经理完成其它相关货柜房项目的任务
Assist PM to finish others assignments related to container house project.
5. 其它因公司业务需要分配给此岗位的任务
Others assignments base on company business needs for this position

Qualification任职资格：

Education level
教育水平 专科以上学历Junior College Degree or Above
Major/专业 建筑工程，土木工程，机械制造，水电暖通等相关专业
Architectural Engineering\ Civil Engineering\Mechanical\Water Electricity\Heating or related majors
Experience
经验 1. 五年或以上模块化房屋室内装修质量控制或房屋室内装修项目管理等相关经验Have 5 years or above related experience in Quality Control of (modular) House decoration or House Decoration Project Management.
2. 有海外模块屋项目经验优先考虑Experience in foreign modular house projects preferred.
3. 熟悉水电、供暖装修模块优先考虑Familiar with water/electricity/heating/decoration preferred.
Skill
技能知识 Must Items:必要项目
1. 熟悉房屋内装质量控制标准Familiar with the quality control standard requirements of house interior decoration.
2. 熟悉房屋的室内装修工艺质量与材料，熟悉房屋室内装修进度管控Know well in house decoration on technique quality and material, familiar on interior decoration schedule controlling.
3. 英文读写良好，如英文听说良好优先考虑Good written & reading English for work communication. Good oral English is preferred.
Preferred Items: 优先项目
1. 了解欧洲建筑标准与室内装修认证标准Have some knowledge of European building standard or decoration qualification standard.
2. 有欧洲国家房屋建造或室内装修经验的优先Have related experience of house building or house decoration in European countries is preferred
3. 了解模块化房屋室内装修的优先knowledge of modular house decoration is preferred.
