Job Description:
1.To provide world-class customer services resulting in customer satisfaction
2.To handle booking with granted allocation and ensure granted space is fully delivered
3.To ensure the smooth operation of VIP accounts, include equipment supply and space accommodation
4.To ensure the accuracy of all reports and forecasts
5.Coordinate with various departments to achieve company's goals

Job Requirement:
1. University graduate or above;
2. Minimum 1 year working experience in relevant liner shipping company;
3. Customer Service skills oriented,able to communicate with agents and clients with profession manner;
4. Capable of meeting targets under big pressure;
5. High motivation, capable of working under independence;
6. Good master of English with both fluent in written & spoken;
7. Favorable operation skills in PC, good at Excel, Word and relevant software;
