1. know the TS16949 quality management system well, to lead and ensure products and processes ;
2. organization and management of laboratory, inspection, customer complaints, the QE engineers and othes;
3, to organizd and preside over the quality meeting, effectively suggest improvements and implement tracking;
4, based on product to make sure inspection process and optimize the inspection process; product structure and quality of confirmation ,and to communicate with customers and coordination
5. Familiar with auto parts, aluminum alloy products die casting
6, In a timely manner to deal with quality problems encountered in the production process

Requirements
1. Familiar with TS16949 quality management system,you should know APQP.MSA.SPC.PPAP.FMEA very wel
2. fluent English
3. with a college degree
4. have experience of Europe and the United States enterprises (excl. Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea enterprise )
5. more than five years die-casting industry related work experience


1、熟悉TS16949质量管理体系，领导公司产品和制程保证工作；
2、组织管理质量部下属的实验室，巡检，客户投诉，QE工程师等职能；
3、组织并主持质量会议，有效提出改进并实施追踪；
4、根据产品确认检验工序并优化检验工序；产品结构及质量的确认及与客户沟通及协调
5、熟悉汽车配件，铝合金产品压铸
6、及时处理生产过程中出现的质量问题

4.有欧美日（非港台韩资）企业工作经验
5.有5年压铸行业相关工作经验
