Responsibilities:
1. Robust and cost effective transformer design 可靠经济的变压器设计
2. Improve transformer technology and manufacturing process提高变压器技术和制造工艺
3. Sales and marketing support & support other departments支持销售和市场推广及其他需要的部门
4. Fix quality issues and transformer failure处理质量问题和失败
5. According to design plan, complete cost effective transformer order design遵照设计计划，完成最优之订单设计
6. Complete cost effective transformer tender design完成最优之投标设计
7. Support other departments and suppliers improvement 支持其他部门和供应商的改进
8. Provide the internal training to other colleagues给其他同事提供内部培训
9. Continuous improvement of transformer technology and process变压器技术和相关工艺的持续改进
10. Complete design rules完善设计原则
11. Develop new product 开发新产品设计
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Majoring in electrical motor, power system, or electrical engineering and graduated from domestic famous universities/institutes.
3. At most, 2-3 years working experience and fresh graduate is acceptable.
4. The candidate who knows well computer skills, like software programming, is preferable.
5. Male is preferable.
6. Good written and spoken English, CET-6 is a must.
7. Good teamwork and collaboration; good result orientation; good analytical thinking; good presenting and communication skills.
