岗位职责：
1、负责贯彻和执行国家相关政策法规；
2、负责公司质量管理体系的有效运行和维护，落实纠正预防和持续改进措施；
3、负责指导各部门建立质量管理规程（流程、职责、绩效指标、操作规程等），并监督执行；
4、负责组织质量管理体系及质量控制方面的培训；
5、负责行使管理者代表的职责，定期组织各工厂进行管理评审，并汇总评审报告给最高管理者；
6、负责实施质量的监督、审核和责任裁定及质量处罚的工作；
7、负责主要供应商的考核和审批；指导、协助重大客户投诉的处理等。

任职要求：
1、 大专以上学历，电子及工科专业优先；
2、 至少3年以上品质主管工作经验， 有节能灯及LED照明行业经验者优先；
3、 熟悉质量保证体系，有文件编写经验，熟练使用QC各类分析方法和办公软件；
4、 了解节能灯产品的生产工艺和产品测试品质要求，熟悉照明行业相关标准及相应的测试方法者优先；
5、 工作主动性强，具有较强的挑战力、抗压能力和领导能力；
6、 具备良好的分析判断能力。逻辑思维能力强，思维敏捷、处事干练，善于沟通，富有团队精神，能够承担压力。

Contribution to reduce CO2 emissions
Carbon Dioxide(CO2) is one of the main factors leading to Green House Effect. Industrial or human daily activities are adding the emission of CO2 to the planet, which makes the Green House Effect worser. LOYAL LED Light save 80% of energy when compared with incandescent lamps, it means 80% emission of CO2 will be reduced from relevant 80% saved electricity power generation.

Many countries and areas recognized that reduction of CO2 is very important to the planet; some of them had taken measures to phase out incandescent bulbs over next dozen years. Australia announced ban to phase out incandescent bulbs in 2010. California in USA will ban the sales of general-service incandescent lamp by 2012.
