Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment:
-)In charge of daily recruiting activities of different levels' positions.
-)Update job description by coordinating with hiring manager to ensure exact position information.
-)Conduct exact recruiting process including screening/test/interview/final selection and hiring etc.
-)Support to conduct various recruiting cases, like Job fair, internet recruiting etc.
-)Control and reduce recruiting cost, shorten cycle time with high efficiency and quality.
-)Compile and submit recruiting reports accurately and punctually as required.

* Training:
-)Responsible for overall training cycle management and ensure the training policies and processes support organizational learning and company culture development;
-)Assist HR manager to work out annual training planning and employee career planning according to plant training need.
-)Assist in policies and procedures development, including newcomer orientation, handbook training, procedure training, etc.
-)Maintain employee and company training documentation; ensure to pass audit by customers.
-)Educate employees on new policies;

Requirements:
-)College degree and 3+ years applicable experience; major education/ HR mgt etc related major;
-)Strong interpersonal, facilitation, presentation and project management skills;
-)Have the capability to develop and deliver courses;
-)Experience in Manufacturing Industry is required;
-)Computer literate and experienced in the Microsoft Office programs;
-)Good command in reading and writing English.
-)Be familiar with the recruitment channel.
-)Be familiar with the recruitment procedure and interview skill.
-)Strong analysis and judge ability .can work with high pressure and responsibility.
