Position: Quality Engineer (QE)
Job Responsibilities
？ * Set up testing protocol, and inspection criteria.
？ * Provide guidance during product debug through testing, analysis of testing results, and suggestions for improvements/solutions to address any substandard results.
？ * Follow up any testing failure as well as the root cause analysis and CAP.
？ * Assess the samples in NPD stage from the perspective of safety standards and relevant regulations.
？ * Approve the sign-off samples before the 1st production launch.
？ * Review the test quality requirements, update and maintain the integrity quality requirements.
Qualification:
？ * At least 3 years working experience. Working experience in 3rd party test lab is preferred.
？ * Experience on toys industry. Be well familiar with toy standards or regulations, like ASTM F963 / EN-71 / CPSIA / CHPA, etc.
？ * Experience on manufacturing / surface treatment / plastic material is required.
？ * Good level of English both in writing and speaking; fluent in Cantonese speaking.
？ * Must have experience with MS Office platforms (Excel, Word, etc.)
？ * Meticulous, have patience and high sense of responsibility to carry out job duties；
？ * Positive attitude and well organized. Must have high work motivation and be capable of independent work and willing to travel.
？ * Good communication skills.

？ * 介入产品的除错。通过进行相关测试及结果分析，找到不符合要求之处并配合其它部门完成产品的改善。
？ * 负责处理测试失败，原因分析以及相应的改进计划。
？ * 在产品开发阶段，从测试标准的角度对样品进行评估，并出具相关的样品评估检验报告。
？ * 在产品首批订单量产前，对签样进行检查和批准。
？ * 充分理解产品的质量测试要求以及法规更新，并整理归档。
职位要求:
？ * 至少三年工作经验。具有第三方公证行的工作经验者优先！
？ * 有玩具行业工作经验。熟悉玩具法规和规范，比如ASTM F963 / EN-71 / CPSIA / CHPA, etc.
？ * 在机械制造、表面处理以及塑胶材料方面具有相关工作经验。
？ * 良好的英文书写及口语能力，粤语流利。
？ * 良好的电脑应用水平；熟练应用MS Office。
？ * 做事细心，耐心，具有高度的责任心。
？ * 工作态度积极，良好的组织能力。具有很高的工作热情，独立工作，愿意出差。
？ * 良好的沟通能力。
