? 世界级的采购人员，需确保零件的采购交货期、成本和质量超出客户期待；供应商开发和管理满足公司长期发展策略。

Company sourcing procedure improvement and implementation
? 对所负责采购业务进行市场分析，降低独家采购风险和确保持续获得有竞争力的采购价格。
Responsible business market analysis, reduce single supply risk and make sure always get competitive purchase price.
? 总采购成本控制和年度降低目标
Total purchase cost control and reduction annually

Responsibilities工作职责:
? 供应商管理，供应商提供的产品和服务需要满足采购规范/图纸要求；
Supplier management, products and services from supplier meet our purchase specifications request
? 组织供应商评估，供应商交货及时率提高和供应商产品\服务质量持续改进；
Organize Supplier evaluation, delivery performance and supplier product\service quality continues improvement
? 组织新供应商的开发和评审，对现有供应商不断完善关键业绩指标并统计考核供应商的完成情况，持续改进供应链；
New supplier development process and audits. Develop KPI’s and evaluate statistics of current supplier performance to improve the supply chain
? 对采购价格分析并发起价格谈判，不断调整采购价格确保我们的采购价格有市场竞争力；
Purchase price analyze and leading negotiations and price adjustments to ensure our prices are competitive
? 持续改进供应商的交货精度和质量，并缩短采购周期；
Continuous improve the supplier delivery accuracy, quality of deliveries and reduce lead times
? 采购成本降低项目的执行
Purchase cost reduction project implementation
? 按照系统ERP和库存管理政策制定采购计划，满足生产需求；
Make purchase plan according to ERP and stock principle, meet production requirement
? 控制并持续减少直接和间接材料的库存；
Control and work to reduced direct and indirect material inventories
? 维护Movex采购模块的数据；
Maintenance purchase function date base in MOVEX.
技能要求：
正规教育：本科及以上学历
? Business and market analysis 商业及市场分析
? Contract management 合同管理
? Sourcing negotiation 采购谈判
? Project management 项目管理
? Good communication bility 良好的沟通能力
? Familiar with manufacture\material 熟悉机械加工、材料
? Office\e-mail software 办公系统软件
? Movex, ERP knowledge Movex及ERP操作系统
? English reading and writing 英语读写能力
