Responsibility:
Overview:
-Assist & support Site/ General Manager with daily administration affairs.
-Conduct office service management.
-Coordinate some HR activities as required.
A) Provides assistance to Site Manager:
-Assist Site Manager to complete related reports
-Deal with fax, letters & other company documents
-Main responsible for whole site sanitation, especially the office area and the workshop 5S
-Staff meeting and or other company level meeting organizing & minutes taking
-Translation of documents as required
-Interpretation for Site/ General Manager for any occasion as required
-Assist to audit all reports, requests and financial documents which need to be presented to Site Manager for final approval.
-Track, print & post monthly reports as required
B) Acts as a HR team member in the following responsibilities:
-Take main role for the Common Site Communication Network (CSCN) with kinds of activities to enhance whole site communication
-Visa application for employees related; Invitation Letter preparation for visitors and other important certificates application for foreigners who work in ZJ
-Take lead in activities for community

Requirement:
-Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or Language (or equivalent)
-At least 1 years of admin management experience in multinational company
-Previous plant experience with the same responsibility & title is preferred
-Working experience in multinational company (JV or WOFI) especially in American company preferred
-Advanced computer skills
-Outgoing and social character, with high integrity
-Ability to negotiate effectively
-Strength in communication skills
-Good Knowledge of English language
