工作内容：
1. 全面监控来料品质问题，对进料检验和生产中发现的来料问题进行及时的分析和处理；
2. 配合生产和研发部门对新物料导入的品质进行监控；
3. 对供应商进行审核并确认改善措施；
4. 定期评审来料品质表现并推动厂商持续改善；
5. 汇总、跟踪所有供应商质量问题，确认、跟踪供应商承诺的整改措施和8D报告的提交；
6. 协助工程更改的实施及相关供应商文件管理；

任职要求：
1. 从事制造业质量工作五年以上，三年以上供应商质量管理经验；
2. 熟悉QS9000，TS16949，ISO14000等体系，有工厂质量审核经验；
3. 具有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力；
4. 具有良好的团队合作精神，有带领检验员的经验；
5. 较强的逻辑思维能力，责任心，执行力，具有独立工作能力，应变能力, 谈判能力，交涉能力；
