Order Management: order entry, follow up, confirmation, update towards customers, logistics, invoices, other
Creation and maintenance of customer and invoice files (general information, prices, invoices, other)
Manages and controls customer specific supply chain agreements (eg consignments stocks, safety stocks etc.)
Manages customer contacts in order to stabilize and improve customer relationship (communication)
Creation and maintenance of customer & intragroup price lists (according to WINS key combination)
Issueing of all order related documents (order confirmations, invoices, quotations, delivery notes, other)
Issues credit and debit notes in agreement with management guidelines
Promptly collects, redirects and distributes customer requests and corresponding demands to relevant dept
Communication to respective internal partners about general issues (Accounting, Sales Reps, Technical Application Lab, Production, Quality Control, other)
Proactively informs Sales Reps about customer specific issues (accounting, delays, critical general issues, other)Implementation and execution of Clariant QM principles in all processes; responsible action according to Clariant-Compliance-Program
Proactive management of inventories (customer specific supply chain agreements such as finished goods inventories, call off orders, safety stock; slow mover, other)

Administrative, commercial or logistical qualification, experience in customer management
Equivalent/comparable business experience preferred in sales and distribution or marketing
Well developed IT user skills (preferably SAP)
