Sandvik Materials Technology, a world-leading manufacturer of high value-added products in advanced materials, special alloys, metallic and ceramic resistance materials. The position would directly report to Electrical Supervisor, below please refer to the job description:


Key performance areas:
. To provide the technical support to equipment maintenance, repair and improvement.
. To take statistics and analysis of historical electrical fault. Acording to the root cause, to develop effective measures.
. To develop preventive maintenance and make its plan for the maintenance, inspection of electrical equipment.
. Be responsible for the optimization of preventive maintenance, and updating its content and standards.
. Be responsible for prepairing and optimizing equipment inspection contents, and to train relevant personnel.
. To maintain the equipment maintenance records.
. To provide electrical equipment maintenance standards (including assembly / installation requirements).
. To provide on-site conduct.
. Be responsible for incoming electrical spare parts inspection, and to ensure that the spare parts are qualified and be met its requirements.
. To assist mechanical team.
. Be responsible for acceptance of outsourcing projects regarding electric.
. Should support EHS related work.
. To assist purchasing Dept. for electrical spare sourcing.
. To complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Your profile:
. Automation major with Bachelor degree
. More than 5- year working experience in electrical maintenance, with a solid automation theoretical knowledge and excellent troubleshooting capabilities
. Be proficient in Siemens PLC S7-300, Wincc programming, familiar with frequency control drive.
. Be familiar with PM system and equipment management.
. Having team spirit
. Having good PC skill
. Having CET-4 level
As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
