Knowledge/Skill/Qualification
?5-7 years of experience running a warehouse, manufacturing plant or a team within an operations environment with a record of achieving key performance targets.
?Experience in the management of operating budgets and implementation of cost control measures to ensure profitable operations.
?Experience leading safety initiatives.
?Experience managing high volumes of inventory and an understanding of the link between inventory, customer service and profitability.
?Experience with performance management which includes setting goals, delegating responsibility, conducting performance reviews, and holding others accountable through the corrective action program.

Job Objective:
?Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth running of the joint venture warehouse and distribution functions.
?Managing the effective and efficient dispatch of all products and oversee the inward delivery of raw materials, ensuring the timely supply to the factory. Working closely with the Quality Assurance Manager.
?Ensure strict compliance with the safety regulations, adhered to at all times.
?Tasked with effectively maintaining accurate and up-to-date stock records, enhance the stock control systems for optimized performance.
?Additionally, manage a team of warehouse staff, motivating and driving them to achieve the best possible results.

  Formed in 2012, Momentive Union Specialty Chemical (hereafter: MUSC), produces phenolic resin and strategically aims to serve the customers through China and other Asia Pacific countries. The production site is located in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province in China, with total annual capacity of 40 KT in first phase, major products include liquid phenolic resin, powder phenolic resin and flake phenolic resin. Hexion Inc. acquired UPC Technology Corporation’s stake in a common joint venture company in 2015 and became sole owner of Zhenjiang Site.

The facility began operation in the fourth quarter of 2014 and it produces a full range of specialty novolac and resole phenolic resins used in a diverse range of applications including refractories, friction, abrasives, insulation foam and forest products. These products are sold under the industry-leading Bakelite? and Sylvic? trade names.
