工程预算员兼采购市场分析员：岗位职责 1、负责组织、编制开发项目的施工图预算； 2、审核开发项目的竣工结算和审计； 3、参与工程施工、材料和设备招标、投资控制； 4、审核招标活动和合同条款中的标的； 5、参与材料、设备考察询价，对原材料采购审核把关； 6、审核设计图纸，掌握施工现场进展情况，发现问题； 7、不断建立和完善建设项目的竣工结算制度。 8、搜集、分析、汇总及考察评估供应商信息建立供应商信息库并加以分析，以备日后采购作业使用； 9、及时提供有效的市场信息，掌握市场价格、行情变化及品质情况，以期提升产品的品质、降低采购成本，编制关于供应商管理的分析总结报告； 任职资格 1、建筑工程、造价、预算相关专业本科以上学历，有预算员资格； 2、有工程预、决算及工程管理经验者优先； 3、具备工程预、决算和工程管理的专业知识； 4、掌握新技术，了解新材料和国内工程造价动态； 5、责任心强，有敬业精神，能吃苦，可加班。
