岗位名称：前台文员

岗位职责：
1、 负责公司前台接待工作；
2、 负责公司电话接转、收发传真、文档复印等工作；
3、 日常文书、资料整理及其他一般行政事务；
4、 员工入离职相关手续资料配合收发；
5、负责各种酒店、票务的预定；
6、配合招待客户活动，包括招待用品的采购与计划实施；
7、 各项表格、资料、费用等的收发；
8、 配合公司企业文化宣传；
9、 协助部门完成领导交办工作。


招聘要求：
1、全日制大专以上,文秘/行政管理相关专业；
2、英语简单口语交流，普通话标准，中文写作基础良好；
3、熟悉OFFICE办公软件；
4、有相关工作经验优先。
