职位描述：
1.Bachelor degree in one of the following (or close related fields)
Mechanical engineering
Industrial engineering
Electrical engineering
Material engineering
2. 5 or more years of work experience in the field of engineering
3. 3 or more years of work experience as a quality control engineer in production lines
4.Ability to use 2D design software such as autocad
5.Ability to use 3D design software such as solidworks or catia
6.Understanding of at least the principles of power electronics and batteries (inverters, converters, power switches, fuses, etc.)
7.Communication skills appropriate to a production line environment
8.English proficiency of A2 or higher
Preferred but not essential
1.Master’s degree in any of the aforementioned fields
2.Experience with Labview, matlab
3.Work experience in a battery related production line
4.English proficiency of C1 or higher
Responsibilities

1.Ensure the overall quality of existing products

3.Create product documentation
4.Identify and solve production related problems
5.Identify flows in the current production line and propose improvements

宇神目前在产生产基地一个，在建生产基地两个：
   圆型生产基地：天津市津南经济开发区中兴道18号，总面积 2,831㎡（产能3.6亿瓦时）
   方型生产基地：江苏省镇江新区大山路4号，总面积 13,000㎡（在建，产能：16.8亿瓦时）
