岗位职责：
1.Quote new parts in e-RFQ 对 e-RFQ 新品报价

- Do feasibility as customer drawing requirement 根据客户要求做可行性分析

- Give PM production oriented product design suggestion to customer 提出适合粉末冶金生产的产品设计建议

- Make flow chart 制定生产流程

- Estimate product cost 予估计产品成本

- Confirm with RPPC Global if need 有必要时与全球的 RPPC 沟通确认

2. Design job.设计工作

- Make process route of new part in BaaN system 制定 BaaN 系统中的新产品工艺路径

- Choose and decide standard powders for new part 为新产品选择和确定标准原料粉末

- collect tool design parameters, be responsible for tool design with UG 采集模具设计参数，用

UG 为粉末冶金件负责设计模具

- Audit process documents made by manufacturing engineers 审核制造工程编制的工艺文件

- Follow up new part production, and solve all problems in test production 跟踪新品试制，解决试生产的各种问题

3.Lead project work 领导本项目工作

- Deploy group program management procedure. Make program management plan to meet OEM customer requirement and APQP requirement 执行集团的项目管理程序, 制定项目管理计划,确保满足客户整车开发和 APQP 的要求

- Knowing all requirement before launch a new program 在项目启动前，确保了解项目启动的各项要求

- Set up program core team and clear team members’ target incl. product development, application, quality, purchasing, etc. 建立项目核心小组并设立明确的小组成员目标,包括产品开发,应用工程,质量,采购等

- Following all activities during a program including risk management, value stream, KHT etc. 追

踪项目进程中的所有活动包括风险管理,价值流和 KHT 等活动以确保实现既定的目标

- Achieve program targets on timing, quality, profit, cost control…实现项目的既定目标:时间,质量,

利润,成本控制等

4.Manage People and Relationships 人员及关系管理

- Give technical support to tool suppliers 支持和帮助模具制造工厂进行技术咨询

- Assist Know How Transfer. 协助国外技术转移

任职资格：
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in PM or an

equivalent combination of training and experience.

学士及以上学位, 粉末冶金专业或相关专业.
Specialized knowledge and skills:
专业知识和技能:
Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a design powder metal product that include design tools, adaptors, fixtures and process. Individual must skillful to use UG software and has more experience for APQP and powder metal manufacturing. Have good language level.至少在设计粉末冶金件有 5 年以上的工作经验，包括设计模具、工装以及编制工艺，会用 UG 软件，熟悉粉末冶金的制造过程和了解 APQP，并且具有教好的语言交流能力。
