职位描述
Position Title: Finance Manager
Location: Zhuzhou, Hunan
Report to: General Manager
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all finance and accounting activities for the business. Important deliverables include external and internal financial reports, financial analysis, key business metric performance measurements, and ensuring that company goals are kept in focus. The Finance Manager has an important role in the organization, consulting with the General Manager by providing advice and suggestions for improving the operations. Responsibilities for the role of the Finance Manager include the following work contents:
1. Responsible for all internal and external financial and management reports, adhering to company standards, Chinese GAAP, and US GAAP when applicable.
2. Management of the operating cash flow including investments, accounts receivable and payable, and inventories.
3. Coordinate across functional departments to assist the General Manager to ensure good business practices are followed throughout the company.
4. Prepare the annual budget for company management and for approval by the board of directors.
5. Ensure the accuracy of the product costing system, reporting the production variances to company management.
6. Proactive analysis of business trends, developing relevant metrics to measure the performance of the business.
7. Establish and oversee proper internal business policies and procedures.
8. Oversee all internal and external audit activities.
9. Active participation in the presentation of the financial performance of the business to management as well as to the board of directors.
10. All financial reporting, for the business as well as for the joint venture partners.
11. Work with the joint venture finance teams to provide information as needed, as well as provide disclosure information for US SOX reporting requirements.
12. To be pro-active, making sure that problems are highlighted and that action plans are put in place.
13. Effectively manage and develop the members of the Finance Department.
Experience Requirements:
1.Business analysis skills with solid experience in finance, cost accounting, and business control, preferably in a JV environment.
2.At least 3 years working experience as Finance Manager
3.Strong focus on quality, accuracy, deadlines, and orderly work.
4.Analytical approach in problem solving and risk management.
5.Leadership skills to coach others in business control and risk management.
6.Good communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge/Educational Requirements:
1. University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
2. Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
3. Fluent in English, both written and oral.
4. ERP related knowledge.
5. Good interpersonal skills.
6. Good team player.
7. Ability to work well under pressure.
8. Willing to travel on a needed basis.
