Primary Responsibilities:

l  Overall responsible for Greater China CMS operation supply Chain performance by improving the process efficiency, including CMS production and WWTP efficiency, quality and safety.

l  Maintain the highest of product quality standards while supporting requirements of ISO9001/14001

l  Overall cost control including forecasting, variance review and inventory. Maximizing delivery performance, lead materials and product localization to drive on total product cost.

l  Drive a strong EHS culture, provides resources and promote training to ensure safe work environment. Drive projects on environmental, safety, healthy performance.

l  Lead the manufacturing team by example, driving the daily production and the cross-function team for operational excellence.

l  Interface with commercial for high level operation planning balance productivity and inventory

l  Accountable for leadership, performance management and development of team members,

l  Develop high performing and engaged teams that conducts itself in alignment with the company’s culture. Provide clear direction and goals for the team to ensure that business objectives and targets are met.

l  All Other tasks assigned by leader.

Qualifications Required:

l  Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

l  5 years above chemical manufacturing experiences

l  Technical writing skills, computer skills, and MS Office proficiency

l   Ability to communicate effectively and contribute to team projects

l   Demonstrated strong team leadership skill

Desired:

l  Six Sigma training, and Green Belt or Black Belt Certification

l  Previous experience with Lean Manufacturing
