岗位要求：

1.大专及以上学历，年纪35 - 45周岁，有多年以上商业管理类管理岗位工作经验；

2.有金融、经济、智慧停车、商业管理、地产营销行业经验者优先考虑；

3.性格开朗，思路清晰，注重细节，有高度责任心，高度抗压能力；

4.较强的商务谈判和独立的市场开拓能力，有渠道开发管理经验；

5.具有良好的团队合作精神和协作能力，优秀的团队管理能力、沟通及统筹协调能力；

6.良好的个人信誉及职业操守。
