岗位职责：

· 判断客户投诉是否符合保修要求
· 及时处理保修申请
· 处理所有保修文档工作以确保档案齐备分析服务市场潜力并确保发掘这种潜力
· 确认保修申请符合BMW标准要求
· 通过适当的帐目表确保所有保修款项与付款相一致
· 在递交前检查全部保修申请,包括车辆保修历史打印记录, 澄清保修申请原因的问题或对保修申请进行修正
· 及时再次递交所有被拒绝的保修申请或得到授权将其注销
· 分析保修综合报告并为服务部门提供保修申请情况的概况
· 与服务部门对保修流程中重复出现的错误进行讨论
· 计划补救措施并按目标实施
· 为每一个关心保修申请被退回或拒绝的人提供反馈信息
· 根据需要进行保修流程培训
· 定期检查保修计划表并跟踪处理尚未解决的保修申请
· 在零件标签上记录维修工单号、更换日期以及可能处理零件的日期，以此跟踪保修零件情况
· 对需发回制造厂或分销商处、或者需进行废弃处理的零件作出安排
· 由保修人员根据需要对所有维修记录进行归档和保存
· 始终了解所有制造厂发出的召回和技术通告信息
· 递交和书写保修申请CASE
· 服务经理交办的其他工作

任职要求：

1、知识结构：大专以上学历，在中级品牌以上4S店，做保修鉴定工作至少一年工作经验；

2、能力要求：具有强烈的责任感、 良好的团队精神，熟练掌握汽车专业英语。有汽车从业经验优先；

3、技能要求：良好的沟通协调能力， 熟练使用计算机；

4、有驾照（C牌以上），能熟练驾驶
