Description：
Assists the key Chinese suppliers in setting up a system where they keep our Forecasted Demand on stock and we manage to call off as we require;
Works closely with Husqvarna planning and audits our own reliability of forecasted data;
Informs the Key suppliers on a regular basis on all our forecasted demands and focuses on all changes;
Ensures Supplier Flow is set up to ensure “no-production” stop ;
Manages the monthly Supplier KPI`s for all delivery and Inventory issues;
Coordinates with SQE all possible quality risks at Supplier side；
Sets up a system to gradually have suppliers deliver straight into the Production Lines.

Requirement：
Academic Background: Logistics Mgmt or related, Black Belt in related area is preferred;
At least 4-5 years’ working experience in lean manufacturing environment or in
Supply Chain Management;
Good understanding and knowledge in planning and supplier management;
Basic understanding of quality system and be able to use SQE resource to fix the supplier quality issue；
Good knowledge of lean manufacturing and very diplomatic in his approach；
Good at written and oral English, computer skills；
Good team-work spirit & interpersonal skills.
3-5 working experience of team management is preferred.
