职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 负责管理PMC部、采购部、物流部、仓库；根据公司发展战略，制定、建立、完善供应链中心的战略规划，负责供应链中心的目标制定与分解，制定并完善切实可行的PMC、采购、物流、仓库的工作流程，实时监控和管理，并根据业务的变化不断优化；
2. 建立和健全供应商的开发、维护、跟踪及评估体系，负责供应商开发规划的制定与执行，实现公司战略发展对供应链能力的需求。整合供应商资源，引入竞争机制，对供应商进行考核评分评级，并根据评级进行配额管理和优化。
3. 物料开发管理。满足新产品及ECN物料的及时导入，配合研发、销售及产品生产周期过程的需求。
4. 成本控制及价格管理。降低采购成本、降低库存水平与库存风险，落实年度降价目标。
5. 采购管理。采购订单与交期管理，保证生产物料的及时供应，确保公司生产需求的同时降低库存。
6. 异常问题的处理。交期异常、品质异常、库存异常的协调处理。
7. 物流部管理工作。包括运输、单证、报关、商检等工作，保证业物料和产品正常交付。
8. PMC部管理。负责生产计划和物流计划，负责产品的准时交付，合理控制库存水平；
9. 仓库管理。出入库管理及库存管理优化，确保物料出入数据的准确、安全和高效，账、物、实一致，监控库存水平、安全库存预警等，在保证生产的基础上，提高物料周转效率。
10. 协助公司信息部门做好ERP系统的开发和维护，确保运作服务体系高效运行；在确保业务运作安全、准确、及时和高效的前提下，优化和控制运营成本。定期编制、分析供应链相关各项数据，实现数据流的即时跟踪和动态分析；对库存周转率、库龄、缺货率、运费占比等重要指标负责。
11. 提升供应链团队工作能力，确保供应链业务运作规范、高效；定期编制、执行分析和动态管理供应链的预算和费用，善于利用行业信息及新方式降低成本。
12. 协调供应链中心与公司其它相关部门的关系，准确判断内外部环境并据此及时调整优化供应链内部工作；

任职资格；
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，理工科、管理类、物流类、供应链类相关专业毕业；具有10年以上大型制造业企业供应链管理工作经验；具有良好的英语读写能力；
2. 熟悉供应链管理、一般贸易和保税进出口流程、国际国内物流知识、财务结算流程；
3. 具备丰富谈判经验和采购、供应链体系建立及执行经验，具备高度的责任心、良好的职业道德、敬业精神及优良的工作规划能力，可以承受高强度的工作压力；
4. 具备供应链业务流程梳理的能力，具备良好的表达能力；逻辑思维能力强，善于分析和处理复杂问题；熟练运用各类供应链管理和项目管理软件，具备较强的供应链IT系统思维； 举报 分享
