职位描述：
Scope of Duties:
- Responsible for the availability of assigned electrical/mechanical component capabilities, such as linear actuator, rotary actuator, fan, and etc.;
- Buildup new electrical/mechanical component capabilities, and lead the capability buildup working group;
- Maintain the existing electrical/mechanical component capability, and improve the quality, cost and TAT continuously.
- Enhance repair cost effectiveness through the development of
？ Level 3 Repair
？ Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) parts
？ Designated Engineering Representative (DER) repairs
？ In-house tooling, equipment and repair processes development with EASA Part 21 DOA approval
- Develop other engineers, and coach young assistant engineer.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Aeronautical, Engineering or related disciplines;
- At least 6 years technical working experience, including at least 4 year experience in component engineering;
- Good command of English, both spoken and written;
- Knowledge and experience of following are essential:
？ Repair capability buildup experience;
？ Repair and trouble-shooting of sub-assembly and piece part;
？ Repair process and method of electrical/mechanical components;
？ Designing, setting up and operating testers according to component document;
？ Automatic test equipment;
？ Aircraft systems;
？ MS Office tools;
- Knowledge and experience of following are preferred:
？ Setup, programming and modification of automatic test equipment;
？ Usage of CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, and etc.;
？ Exposure in quality procedures and working practices under EN9110, EASA, FAA and/or CAAC regulations;
