职位描述：
He/She will perform all or some of the following job description:
他/她将全部或部分履行下述职责：
-Work closely with all departments on SHE issue, reporting to the Deputy General Manager and China SHE Manager
在SHE问题上与公司各部门紧密合作，向公司副总及中国区安全/健康/环境经理汇报；
-Investigate industrial accidents, injuries, or occupational diseases to determine causes and preventive measures
调查工业事故、工伤事件或职业疾病，以确定成因及预防性措施；
-Maintain and apply knowledge of LDC SHE policy, local regulations and industrial processes
维护并讲解路易达孚的安全/健康/环境政策、地方法规及行业流程；
-Conduct/Arrange site inspections of facilities, machinery, and safety equipment in order to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance
进行/安排设施、机械与安全设备的现场检查，以识别并更正潜在危险，从而保证安全监管与合规；
-Review plant safety programs on a regular basis to determine their adequacy
定期检查工厂安全计划，以确认该计划是否充足；
-Review plans and specifications for construction of new machinery or equipment in order to determine if all safety requirements have been met
审核添置新机械或设备的计划与规格，以确定其是否达到所有的安全要求；
-Compile, analyze, and interpret statistical data related to occupational illnesses and accidents.
编辑、分析及解释与职业疾病及事故相关的统计数据；
-Conduct or direct testing of air quality, noise, temperature, and/or radiation levels to verify compliance with health and safety regulations
进行或指导空气质量、噪音、温度及/或放射级别的测试，以确保对健康与安全法规的合规；
-Provide technical advice and guidance to organizations on how to handle health-related problems and make needed changes
针对如何处理与健康相关的问题并做出必要改变向组织机构提供技术建议与指导；
-Maintain liaisons with outside organizations, such as fire departments, mutual aid societies, and rescue teams, so that emergency responses can be facilitated
保持与外部机构（如：消防部、互助协会及救援队）的联络，以利于紧急情况处理；
-Plan and conduct industrial hygiene inspections
计划并进行工业卫生检查；
-Participate in the management of contractors, pertaining to SHE requirements
参与承包商管理中设计安全/健康/环境的管理工作；
-To carry out all job duties in accordance with the company’s Safety, Health and Environmental policy
履行与公司安全、健康及环境政策相关的所有职责；

Diploma/degree in Engineering or Workplace Safety Management
具有工程或工作场所安全管理专业的文凭/学位；
Minimum three years’ related experience
