Responsibilities 岗位职责：

- Receive all incoming guests/visitors/clients courteously; 礼貌热情地接待来访客人；

- Handle and transfer all incoming telephone calls to the proper individual or provide information and/or take messages, whenever the situation is deemed necessary; 礼貌热情地接听/转接电话，记录来电咨询；

- Handle all incoming/outgoing documents and register accordingly; Handle all outgoing mail packages by courier services collection and record all other incoming/outgoing local courier services daily. 负责文件/快递的寄取/分发/记录；

- Other miscellaneous administrative activities; 处理其他相关行政事务。

Requirements 任职要求：

- College degree or above; 大专（含）以上；

- Gook spoken English / Chinese; 良好的英文基础，普通话标准；

- Excellent communication skills, customer oriented；良好的沟通能力与客户服务意识。
