职位描述：
MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责
? Manage customs declaration on import & export activities;
管理进出口报关活动的申报;
? Import the equipment and material smoothly for both bonded and regular trade;
确保通过一般贸易和保税进口的设备和原材料的进口操作顺畅;
? Ensure timely reconcile the handbook without paying any extra back duty/VAT payment, handing handbook system (E-handbook, E-customs clearance);
确保及时妥善使用手册避免支付任何额外的关税和增值税，并同时处理手册系统（电子手册和电子报关）;
? Work with Purchasing Department to ensure that production required materials purchased from overseas are cleared from customs (Ocean and Air) and delivered to factory at the shortest possible time;
协同采购部一起确保从海外采购进口的原材料（空运和海运）能在最短时间内通关、送货到工厂;
? To constantly update the business partners on the changes in customs rules and regulations;
经常对合作伙伴更新有关海关最新的规定和政策;
? Establish and maintain good working relationship with all customs officials and relative other key partner;
与海关以及相关的其他重要的伙伴建立并维持良好的合作关系;
? Monitor and follow up the donmestic, continental and International transportation and agency service. Management of the suppliers, summarize and analysis their performance, improve their sevice level;
监管并跟进国内、国际的运输活动以及代理的服务。同时负责供应商管理，总结并分析他们的绩效，从而改进其服务水平;
? Handle all transportation method and related logistics service provider enquiries and quotations;
进行并处理所有运输途径和相关物流服务提供的调研并完成相关报价工作;
? Responsible for insurance affairs related transportation and material distribution business;
负责处理与运输及相关货品转运过程的保险事宜;
? Responsible for transportation network analysis and optimizing the logistics process to achieve cost saving;
负责交通网络分析和优化物流过程，以达到节省成本;
? Other tasks assigned by leader or company business required;
其它的工作任务由主管指派或公司业务的需求.

4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求
？ Educational: Bachelor degree in foreign trade or logistics;
                   对外贸易或物流专业本科学历；
？ Experience: More than 3 years in import & export.
