Key Responsible:
1. Instrument maintenance work execution
Define the problem
Write work order; do risk analysis with related department
Manage the worker or contractor to execute it
Write maintenance record; add this information into PMP database
2. Spare parts
Write spare parts purchase request
Confirm technical details
Follow and push purchasing progress
Feed back the quality of the spare parts to purchasing team
Assist warehouse keeper to arrange the spare parts
3. Project management
Prepare PMP
Prepare spare parts plan
Collect the maintenance files
Issue or update SOP
4. SOP follow
Learn and study related SOP linked with safety, quality, environment.
Transfer all these information into daily maintenance work, also coach the worker to follow them
5. Management
Manage the terminal room for DCS/PLC, also include the site control cabinet
Manage the I/E workshop for access, goods order
Arrange work plan and manpower for maintenance work suitability

Requirements:
University bachelor degree, majored in automation, instrument, industrial control
Good written and oral English
At least 5 years’ working experience in automation, instrument, industrial control. Working experience in chemical plant. Practical experience in field maintenance
