Job Description:
1. Update master PID accordingly; update all units’ PID annually;
2. Efficiently coordinate with Arkema Engineering & Construction team and production team to implement new project;
3. Support/participate in product quality and yield improvement, process / capacity improvements;
4. Prepare and organize process meeting and action follow up;
5. Prepare monthly production unit process report;
6. Effectively management of process department activities;
7. Participate in process improvements tasks;
8. To create safety and operating procedure in own responsible area (process, equipment, instrument etc);
9. Be able to find unsafe potentials on site and take precaution actions to ensure facility safe production;
10. To put forward safety measurements during technical discussion and decision-making;
11. To help/participate in accident/incident emergency response and investigation/analysis;
12. Provide support for other production units as needed

Requirements for related knowledge & Skills:
1. Majored in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process or related；
2. Master Degree or Ph.D Degree；
3. Good written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English;
4. Positive & open-minded
