? Ensures the execution and result-interpretation of any research requested by his/her direct supervisor. Manages his/her own work to complete it on schedule.
? Reports to direct supervisor concerning research progress and informs him of any problems encountered.
? Checks equipment for conformity, including metrological follow-up, ensures first degree equipment maintenance and report any anomalies.
? Contributes to defining standard operating procedures(SOP) for equipments.
? Respects the lab QHSE procedures; spots and reports any problems or failures observed.
? Helps train new employees in lab techniques and procedures
? Ensures that the lab remains in state of cleanliness that complies with its usage.
? Visits customer as instructed by his/her direct supervisor to help resolve technical problem or give technical presentations.

Level of the role
? Travel as needed
? High degree of autonomy in organising workload and time.

Required Knowledge

? Background in pulp & paper-making or related disciplines
? Bachelor degree or above

？ Technical expertise
? Ability to write with systematic mind and to present a report in public
? Mastery of operating modes and techniques

? Management of time limits and prioritization
? Strong in project construction and management
? Analytically minded

? Good spoken and written English
