Key responsibilities:
· Finish purchasing work according to purchasing procedure strictly, and complete purchasing task in time with desired quality and quantity
· Frequently communicate with warehouse officer for goods arrival situation, complete the payment according to the contract
· Communicate with applicant every week to know the service quality and process, then bulletin procurement process
· Report purchasing process every month
· Participate non-raw material suppliers on-site investigation and annual appraisal
· Follow HSEQ regulations

Requirements for this position:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics preferred, Engineering background is preferred
· More than 5 years’ experience in procurement (minimum 3 years), especially for Chemical industry, experience in MNC owner Company or engineering company in Chemical industry preferred;
· Ability to work in a multi-national environment and a global team. Strong project management knowledge and ability in strategic sourcing methodology
· Good Negotiation skills, Good PC skills, , carefulness, patience, team player , willing to offer help, customer focus;
· Excellent coordination skills and able to convince stakeholders via effective communication;
· Good English both in oral and written
