职位描述

一. Purpose of position
(why this position needed) To build, develop and grow business with Lenovo:
(a) to grow sales with decent profitability
(b) position and differentiate WM products to achieve profitable growth.
(c) to grow global Share of Wallet through both new Design awards and share of customer wallet (SOW)
二. Main Responsibility
(indicating main objectives and responsibility) 1. To achieve the sales account plan
2. To focus on new business development, working with LCFC and Lenovo design and sourcing teams in East China or any other Lenovo sites when necessary, and latterly commodity management.
3. To maintain constant communication with the customer and their design and manufacturing facilities.
4. Identify new product opportunities within the customer. To manage power charts, build relations and deliver sales.
5. Be an ambassador for Worldmark with the customer, establishing a unique position by selling our value proposition to the customer.
6. Be responsible for accuracy and integrity of the Sales Platform.
7. Define customer specific market requirements by accessing customer business strategy and direction.
8. Drive the development of appropriate new products and materials . Ensure that the R&D activities are appropriate, prioritised and delivered on time.

1. Revenue and product growth within specific target accounts.
2. Conversion (repeat & new business)
3. Share of Wallet
4. Working Capital ( identify and Manage risk )
5. Sales platform maintenance
四. Qualification
1. Having a technical background in a relevant product subject and the ability to sell at all levels through the Customers organisation
2. Experience of selling differentiated solutions with a strong desire to make this account a major Strategic account for WM
3. Knowledge and understanding of business financial metrics.
4. Project management skills.
