亚太区产品注册专员

Report to：APAC Notifications Mgr(Male, PRC base in SH)
Job Descriptions:
? Participate in project planning and be responsible for project plan implementation for APAC notification activities
? Manage the ongoing APAC notification projects and liaise with the global team
? Coordinate with local testing laboratories and external consultants to ensure quotations, sample shipment, smooth process of protocol/report review, on time delivery of results and reports, etc.
? Track the volume of material use in the APAC region Work with the APAC Notifications Manager to study and communicate the business impact after tonnage tracking: data gap needs, study launching, etc.
? Analyse emerging new chemical notification regulations in APAC, and develop and implement plans for compliance within Givaudan
? Monitor post-notification activities: IECSC listing, monitor approval ingredient for initial importation, activity reporting, etc.
? Data maintenance activities such as updating of systems and relevant documents with proper compliance information, maintenance of internal databases
? Liaise with Client Support team to ensure the notification status communication
? Participate in other projects related to wider RAPS activities as required
Pre-Requisites:
? B.S. or M.S. (preferred) degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline, preferably environmental sciences, chemistry or biochemistry
? Good knowledge of chemistry and biology
? Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
? Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience with preference for experience in a related role
? Need to show clear ability to organise work and excellent communication
