Senior or Staff Test Development Engineer(2名)
Duties and Responsibilities
ð Support on new product development and its smooth transition to
mass production ie:-
ð Support product release, cost reduction, product transfers and cross
qualification projects
ð Provide technical support in EON, yield & parameter analysis at AP
factories and subcons
ð Product characterization, data & curves for product datasheets, product
release and sample
ð Support IMR/ITR, test program and BOM setup at AP factories
ð Assist in the resolution of technical issues related to new product
development, test program and hardware development
ð Support on-shore engineers on test methodologies/hardware development.
Qualifications
BSEE or equivalent with 5 to 10 yrs test or product engineering experience
in Functional Power, Power Management or Analog IC (including multi-chip) or
related products.
Good working knowledge on lab equipment setup and experience on Eagle,
Credence/TMT ASL1000, or other Analog IC testers is preferred.
Good communication skills – verbal and written.
Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work efficiently with
multi-functional groups across different locations.
People management and project management skills. Results/goal oriented.
