职位描述
General Function
Plans, coordinates and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards. Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications, formulates and maintains quality control objectives, investigates and adjusts customer complaints and directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities and products
Major Responsibilities
1.Act as a management preventative of EPZ facility
2.To manage a quality team to interface with customers on requirements and effective implementation in the factory.
3.To report to customers on quality performance of their products.
4.To supervise and corporate with NPI staff with new projects.
5.To interface with IPQE and SQE on all quality issues pertaining to product and processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
6.To interface with customers, operation, procurement and PM members for continuous improvements in both processes and products.
7.To supervise outgoing quality of products and initiate corrective actions.
8.To provide monthly performance data and monthly operation review.
9.Interacts with all other departments within the manufacturing facility and the Quality Departments of other facilities.
10.Directly supervises the Lab Technicians and routine operation
11.Dot line report to Head-quarter for any quality issue and monthly report.
12.And other duties as assigned by General Manager.
Performance Management
1.You are required to prepared and submit in time monthly report in the defined format relating your job functions
2.Your performance will be reviewed normally once a per year by your supervisors and development targets be developed and updated based on the result of each review.
3.You will receive an formal annual performance assessment at the end of each calendar year
Skills and knowledge requirement
1.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
2.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
3.Be familiar with FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP.
4.Bachelor's degree in technical discipline.
5.Five or more years related experience with in depth knowledge of ISO and /or QS procedures and requirements. CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) certification.
6.Computer skills, verbal and written communication skills, ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts and managerial skills.
