Assist to marketing claim validation process
under RA to meet the strong demand from brands on
marketing claim material review and regulation requirements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF
THIS POSITION

该职务的主要职责

• In
  charge of marketing claim internal validation for P&C brands under
  supervision of Manager, including implement procedures/SOPs;
• Coordination
  with HQ/local RA team to make sure consistency of claim validation;
• Working
  with MKT team, provide support with necessary explanation/providing
  coach, etc.
• Coordinate
  with authorities to clarify the regulation requirement on Cosmetics
  labeling, Cosmetic naming and advertising claims and compliance
  requirement, to be smart adaptation of regulations and update the
  marketing claim forbidden wording database accordingly.
• In
  charge of coordination with LVMH lawyer and IP lawyer to have a full
  validation of marketing claim on products.
• Daily
  track the progress of MKT Claim Validation requests, finalize the
  validation requests.
• To
  Support MKT Claim Validation Manager to alert the management team about
  high risky cases.

POSITION

？   Validate
each marketing material review within 5 working days and not only provide the
risk but also suggestion, get the material final version through online
workflow.

？   Help
P&C brands to implement the marketing
claim validation process. Provide the enough risk analysis information
and Highlight risky level, coordinate local MKT to get the different level
approval based on risky evaluation process, and record all the documents.

？   Error
rate below 10%.

PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES,
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

该职务所需的主要技能及相关背景

• Bachelor degree or above (Pharmacy, Medical, Chemical
• 1-2 years' experience in a role of cosmetics registration or
  claim verification or relevant working experiences; Familiar with
  Chinese Cosmetic registration regulations and NMPA product application
  requirements; understand the regulation of cosmetics claims and related
  authorities.
• Good communications skills; with experience of multi-commercial
  channel internally and external authorities.
• Fluent English speaking and writing (CET-6). French will have
  priority.
