Purpose of the Job
?Take in charge of recruitment, staffing and ER(employee relations) functions of BBSC & BBAP plants.

Your Role
?Recruitment
？Organize recruitment and selection activities as per hiring request. Develop and maintain recruitment channels.



?Staffing

？Provide support to new employees onboard and probation review, and handling internal job-transfer, employment contract renewal and exit formalities, etc.


?Employee Relations ？Continuously improve employee engagement level by defining and implementing actions plan, e.g., enhancing daily and regular communication channels, organize team building activities, employee suggestions system management, etc.
？Take charge of discipline, sick leaves, and termination management.
？Prevent critical labor matter, e.g., lawsuits, strike, etc. Handle employee grievance and labor issues, e.g. labor disputes, lawsuits, etc.
？Maintain good relationship with local government agencies

?Employee Awards System Management ？Set up and keep employee Awards System running

?Subcontractors Management ？Support production departments in terms of outsourced labor management, ensure legal compliance.

?BMS WoW ？Support the implementation of BMS WoW (e.g., DILO/WILO)

? HR Process & Procedures ？Work closely with HR Supervisor of CBSC to establish and implement HR process & procedures relating to recruitment, staffing and employee relations

?HR Team Management ？Motivate, coach and develop plant HR team (direct reports)
？Provide support to C&B and training function


Your Profile
?College education and hold a bachelor degree
?5 years work experience and 3+ years experience in recruitment and employee relations management
?Good communication and problem solving skills
?Open-minded, accountable and independent
